Having a 5-year relevant experience in BPO, I was assigned in managing and maintaining multiple client accounts. I make sure that the information is synchronized from one system to another. I input all the necessary data accurately and help consumers with decision making to be able to perform account related requests based on the consumers wants and needs. I also have experience in before sales such as processing application, presenting products to consumer and helping them with overcoming any struggles in making the right purchase. I work as an order support where I handled aftersales transaction by tracking shipments, coordinating with shipping partners whenever it is needed and handling requests that involves escalation and complaint handling.
-I know I have the right skills due to these experiences that I have in this industry. I was able to develop Literacy in CRMs, Literacy in Administrative software such as Microsoft Apps and Google Apps and spreadsheets and I also exhibited Literacy in different SaaS such as Slack, Citrix and Photo and Video Editing Software. I also possess researching skills since self study is a must for anyone who wants to gain as much product and process knowledge as they can. I study anything that I don't know about to make sure that I am at my most productive before seeking help from my higher ups.
-Lastly, I am very passionate about relationships, I don't just service my customers but I build connections with them. I make them feel that they are heard and valued by going an extra mile to resolve any conflict they encounter and find a solution to any of their concerns. Same goes with who I am working for, it is important for me that I establish a long term relationship with the people around me and the company for personal and career growth, and to make sure that I contribute and bring value to the growth of the business.
