I now work as a Property Manager for 718 Village Lane LLC, managing over 60 residential units owned by multiple property investors. My responsibilities include tenant coordination, vendor sourcing and supervision, lease and contract preparation, expense tracking, bookkeeping, and monitoring accounts payable and receivable. I also prepare monthly financial reports such as rent rolls and financial summaries for property owners and assist with identifying potential investment properties.
