I have a diverse background that combines mentoring, teaching, and customer service. Currently, I work as a part-time Mentor at GMS, where I focus on helping students develop their study and time management skills. My goal is to empower them to become capable learners, confident in their academic abilities and life skills.
Prior to that, I served as a part-time Contract Instructor for BYU Pathway, where I taught international students online. In that role, I identified trends that were impacting their academic success and conducted targeted outreach to provide the necessary support.
I also have experience in customer service as an Advocate at Concentrix, where I assisted customers with their inquiries and complaints while promoting products and services. Additionally, I worked as a Shelter Coordinator at Lighthouse Sanctuary, managing case files and collaborating with various organizations to help individuals access essential resources.
Throughout my career, I have prioritized effective communication and a commitment to helping others succeed. I’m excited about the opportunity to bring my skills and experiences to this role and continue making a positive impact
