Most people hire a VA because they're overwhelmed.
I like working with people at that stage.
Not because I enjoy chaos, but because I enjoy bringing order to it.
My career has never followed a straight line. I've managed operations for a human rights organization, supported lawyers handling criminal law cases, coordinated disaster response programs, and helped run a university publication. Different industries, different missions, but I always found myself doing the same thing: organizing information, improving systems, and keeping people moving toward a common goal.
I'm the kind of person who starts asking, "Is there a better way to do this?"
That's how I ended up building SOPs instead of repeatedly explaining the same process. It's why I created trackers instead of rebuilding reports every month. It's why I enjoy turning scattered notes into organized systems that people can actually use.
I work well behind the scenes. If your inbox is overflowing, your calendar is a mess, projects are slipping, or your team is relying on spreadsheets that only one person understands, that's the kind of work I genuinely enjoy fixing.
Some of the things I can help with include:
• Executive and administrative support
• Operations and project coordination
• SOPs and process documentation
• Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
• Notion workspaces and databases
• Google Sheets and Excel trackers
• Research, reporting, and documentation
• Canva presentations and business materials
• Basic video editing and content support
I don't expect to know everything on day one, and I won't pretend to. What I can promise is that I'll learn your business, ask good questions, build systems that make sense, and take ownership of my work.
If you're looking for someone who simply completes tasks, there are plenty of great VAs.
If you're looking for someone who enjoys making your business run a little smoother every week, I think we'll work well together.
