I am have a year of experience as Senior Customer Service Representative and at present I am employed as an Accounting Staff and a Bookkeeper.
My primary duty as a Senior Customer Service Representative is to assist customer to the best of my knowledge and make sure that their concerns are attended to and problems are given the best resolutions. While as an Accounting Staff or Bookkeeper, my duty is to make sure that every clients information, taxes, and financial statements are arranged, filed, and recorded accordingly.
Aside from the duties and responsibilities, my experience have taught me to be determined, committed and accountable in everything that I do. I make sure that I work professionally, learn actively, and gain experience and new skills. My most important skill is that I am detailed oriented, attention to detail and responsible.
