As a mechanical engineer working in the construction industry, I learned a lot of skills like managing interpersonal relationship, effective communication, and project management. I also improved my computer skills in software like MS Excel and AutoCAD from making weekly reports and evaluating work progress every month.
Before working in the construction industry, I worked as a Sales engineer and have gained an understanding of the process from cold calling/marketing up to closing the deal with the clients. And after that comes the customer-client relationship which is very important to maintain in order to have loyal patrons.
