I am a Registered Mechanical Engineer and Registered Master Plumber based in the Philippines, bringing more than 8 years of experience in building services design, BIM modelling and coordination, and energy & systems analysis for residential, commercial and mixed-use developments (local and international).
My key strengths include:
Developing and managing smart 3D BIM models using Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks, coordinating with architects, engineers and construction teams to deliver accurate, clash-free drawings and documentation.
Designing mechanical systems (HVAC&R, plumbing, fire protection, BMS, etc.) from concept through construction: load calculations, duct/pipe sizing, equipment schedules, technical specification preparation compliant with international codes (ASHRAE, IECC, NFPA, LEED, etc.).
Conducting energy modelling (DesignBuilder, IESVE, HERO, BERS Pro) and simulation work, providing baseline/proposed models for compliance and performance optimisation.
