As a Team Lead, I handled Operations/Technical works on 6 applications with around 10 resources across 3 Global Locations (MNL, IDC, BA). I proactively mentored and trained Sub-Leads who were able to handle and complete activities without critical issues reported. I am also the Secondary of our Manager and performs administrative tasks like help prepare reports/metrics and reports Application updates to the Leadership.
Aside from that, I mentor and train our resources who were able to handle and complete activities without critical issues reported.
I can say that I have a strong communication and leadership skills and would add great value to the company.
