Hi there! I specialize in real estate acquisitions coordination, with a strong focus on manufactured home park (MHP) deals. Over the past few years I've managed due diligence from start to close — Phase I ESA reviews, insurance applications, zoning and flood analysis, rent roll analysis, utility transitions, and title transfers across deals spanning multiple states. I'm the person keeping brokers, vendors, title companies, and internal teams aligned so nothing slows a deal down.
I also bring three years of property management experience. I work leases, tenant relations, collections, and day-to-day operations so I understand a property's full lifecycle, not just the transaction that brings it in.
