I have 13 years of work experience. 10 years of this are from the call center industry. Another 3 years are from the banking and administrative jobs I had. The main skill I can contribute to the company is to communicate in English to clients about the products and educate them of their function and specifications. I catch up and understand the company's ins and outs quite easily which makes processing and resolving issues faster and more efficient. I also have experience doing outbound calls for big clients and finish a number of collecting data such as email and contacting a person with a direct line.
