I've been in the IT field for more than 15 years. My last job as an IT Administrator of 12years for an Oil&Gas company in the Middle East, responsible in the management of everything IT; hardware, software, networks, servers, etc. I acquired a diversified experience in hardware such as networking (BNC, Ethernet, Fiber, WAN, LAN, VPN, Tunnels, P2P, RDP/RDC, PPP); Servers & server management, setup & installation from the ground up, updates, patches, migration, redundancy, backup & restoration, server/data room security & access protocols, Active Directory & accounts management, domains (PDC/BDC), Exchange as well as Domino server, Routers & routing, Hubs/Switches, Desktops, Laptops, Workstations, Satellite & Cable connectivity, MFP's, CCTV, personnel entry control system. Software and application such as Microsoft Windows Servers, Workstations & Desktops, virtualization, Linux, Mac, Office365, Salesforce, Hubspot, Slack, SSL/TLS, cPAnel, Plesk, IIS, and a lot more. Some experience in working and navigating Atlassian Jira & Confluence apps. I have had classroom experience in System Analysis & Design, as well as programming and coding.
I also gained experience in Technical Support and Customer Service in a BPO environment. Add to my experience as a Training Officer and as an online ESL (English as second language) tutor. Those acquired experiences and skills helped in molding my career portfolio as an IT Professional and Technical/Customer Support Specialist working from home.
