As a Site Survey Verification VA, I meticulously compare information gathered in Sitecapture by field personnel with details outlined in contracts. I initiate tasks for purchasing changes to solar systems or components based on this analysis. Utilizing THE PITT portal, I verify client contracts for new PV system installations and assess existing systems. I meticulously review roof photos provided by surveyors to identify existing solar systems, evaluate roof type and electrical properties, and encode pertinent client information into Sitecapture. For additional verification, I access Google Maps for accurate roof details, including coordinates and verifying the address, as well as Imging, Aurora, and Scanifly.
A Site Survey Verification Virtual Assistant (VA) is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of information gathered during site surveys for various purposes, often related to construction or installation projects.
Interconnection specialists are tasked with handling the submission of applications on behalf of customers to connect their solar panels to the grid in compliance with local regulations. Meanwhile, the NEM specialist in our team reviews designated buckets in Salesforce and updates all NEM trackers daily. Their responsibilities include submitting NEM applications to utility companies, reviewing account details and related documents for accuracy, revising rejections, processing deficiencies, and completing other assigned tasks to support the NEM department. Furthermore, the interconnection team oversees the coordination of the application process with utilities for installation interconnection and secures the final Permission to Operate from the utility. Our primary objective is to gather all necessary documents for utilities to ensure a seamless transition into net metering. After inspection, the team submits inspection records, customer signatures, and photos to the utility, requesting the replacement of the homeowner's utility meter with one capable of tracking Net Energy Metering information and granting permission to operate the system.
