At Phyllis Song Consulting, I took the lead in transforming our hiring process by designing and developing a custom Airtable interface. This system allows our hiring team to manage and track applicants with ease. I also built an applicant portal where candidates can view their application status, and a Talent Hub that gives clients easy access to applicant profiles, all contributing to a smoother recruitment workflow.

I started out as a data encoder using Google Sheets and Telegram. When the need for a more efficient system arose, I took the initiative to learn Airtable from scratch, teaching myself through online resources. Along the way, I also gained proficiency in Zapier and Asana. While I don’t have a formal IT background, I’ve successfully built and optimized our internal systems, and now serve as our Database Administrator.
My current role focuses on creating and testing automation workflows, integrating tools like Airtable, Zapier, and Asana to improve operations and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
