As a Counter Manager, I monitor and review sales performance to determine if targets are met and makes recommendations to address shortfall in sales. Ensure that the stores are well manpowered, allocate work schedule, create a positive work environment and provides leadership, motivation and constructive performance reviews to develop an effective and high performing sales. I also respond to customer inquiries; handles and resolves escalated customer issues. I act as a knowledge expert on merchandise facts; coaches associates to develop their product knowledge and communicates and explain the promotional mechanics. Lastly, check inventory levels to ensure adequate and timely supply.
