I started in Psychology because I was curious about how people think, behave, learn, and make decisions. Over time, that curiosity grew into a deeper interest in research—especially the process of turning human experiences, responses, and patterns into evidence that can guide better decisions.
As a Registered Psychometrician, I have built more than four years of academic and project-based research experience across qualitative and quantitative studies, behavioral research, psychometric instrument development, survey and scale design, thematic analysis, and inferential statistics. I have helped translate abstract psychological concepts into measurable variables, reviewed response data, developed scoring and interpretation frameworks, and transformed complex findings into clear reports and practical insights.
My experience also extends beyond academic research. In healthcare customer operations, I managed 400–600+ service and order-related cases each month while maintaining 97–100% quality scores and zero escalations. Working with high-volume information strengthened my ability to validate records, identify recurring concerns, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and remain accurate in fast-paced environments.
Today, I am building a career at the intersection of research, behavioral insights, data, and reporting. I am especially interested in opportunities where I can investigate meaningful questions, uncover patterns, improve measurement and processes, and turn complex information into concise, useful stories that support people and organizations.
My core strengths include:
• Qualitative and quantitative research
• Survey and psychometric scale development
• Thematic analysis and statistical reasoning
• Data validation and trend identification
• Research reporting and insight generation
• Translating complex information into accessible, actionable communication
I am continually developing my skills in the technical side of data work—Excel, SQL, Python, and data visualization—to complement my research foundation and contribute more effectively to insights-driven teams.
