I have been with the ESL Industry for more than 15 years. I started as a Teacher down to a manager and finally a Director of -----------om this spectrum, I have done lesson creation, curriculum revision, marketing students through direct marketing via emails, phone calls and on-site presentation, created contents for marketing tools - flyers, email campaign, and many more, managed more than 50 employees with it I have hands-on experience on selection process, created SOPs, and many more.
