- I take care of messages with very minimal response rates
- I take care of the calendar management for cleaning and other admin task related to reservations
- I coordinate with ground support for any issue/s that may arise
- I take care of scheduled messages for check-in and check-out and make sure they are set up in a very organized way.
- I make sure that rules are being complied with, especially with smoking and parties
- I take care of claims, disputes and invoices as well
- I take care of billing issues too and give discounts when needed depending on which season we're in
- I am never absent or late at clocking in and working.
