My name is Kathleen. I am someone who puts dedication and passion into everything I do. I believe in doing my work with all my heart, guided by Colossians 3:23–24 — "to work as if I am serving the Lord and not just people." Because of this, I always try to be honest, reliable, and hardworking in every role I take.
I previously worked as a Property Management Assistant with Ray White Maroochydore, where I handled end-to-end tenancy application processing. My responsibilities included collecting and verifying applicant documents such as IDs, financial records, and rental history, ensuring accuracy and completeness. I also assisted with income assessment calculations and supported compliance through careful document verification and fraud prevention checks.
In addition, I worked as an Appointment Setter supporting US and Australian-based real estate and mortgage teams, where I generated qualified leads, handled objections, and scheduled appointments for sales teams. This helped me develop strong communication skills, resilience, and the ability to work in target-driven environments.
My background also includes Quality Assurance and Customer Service roles, where I reviewed call performance, provided coaching feedback, and handled customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
I am now seeking to focus fully on Property Management support roles such as tenant screening, lease administration, data entry, and general administrative support. I am highly organized, dependable, and committed to delivering accurate and high-quality work.
