I've spent more than 15 years working inside recruitment agencies across the Philippines, Australia and globally — building the operational side of things that makes recruitment businesses run well.
That means leading teams, training recruiters, putting processes and SOPs in place, managing client accounts and running marketing campaigns that generate quality candidates and new business.
A big part of my career has been in international recruitment — specifically placing skilled Filipino workers into Australian businesses. I'm familiar with the 482 visa process, skills assessment requirements across a range of occupations, and the documentation that goes with it. I've worked closely with migration consultancies and international recruitment firms, so I understand both the compliance side and the people side of cross-border hiring.
I work well remotely. Most of my career has been built as an independent contractor supporting Australian and global businesses from the Philippines — so working across time zones, communicating with offshore teams and staying accountable without someone looking over my shoulder is just how I operate.
I'm open to recruitment management, recruitment operations and marketing roles where I can add real value to a business that's hiring or scaling across borders.
