I have been with a personal injury law firm based in California since November of 2021. My primary tasks are to answer and transfer incoming calls in our reception queue, prepare and send out letters of withdrawal of representation for dropped, and subbed-out cases, take intake calls, and provide all around assistance to our case managers, and lawyers.
I also have work experience as a customer service agent in a BPO company. I worked with a Canadian technical account wherein my scope of work includes handling customer complaints, appointment setting, troubleshooting, warranty selling, and customer follow-ups.
I also worked with a prominent US dental insurance company providing insurance breakdown and claim statuses to various dental offices across the USA. I was eventually promoted to a new hire trainer position 15 months from my start date on this line of business.
