I'm an administrative assistant. I have been tasked to do the following tasks; Handling Email, Clerical works, Internet research, Making of Forms, Inventory of Item, Manage Dropbox, Generating and Organizing Leads, Procurement of items requested, Answering phone calls inbound and outbound and making of presentations and anything related to administrative tasks.
I can also do a task like; Data Entry with the use Google Docs and Spreadsheets, Manage Google Drive and Google Calendar, Set Appointments with internal/external clients through E-mails.
Also, I can do basic IT task like; Basic Troubleshooting, Data security and Basic web development.
Additional skill is basic editing photos with use of Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop.
Lastly, I am Information Technology graduate with (4) years of actual experience in the field of office. Experiences like: Data Analyst, Hardware and Internet Troubleshooting and Research Analyst.
