I am a Learning and Development professional with extensive experience in training delivery, process improvement, and operational excellence across audit and invoice management functions. With a strong academic foundation in education and leadership, I hold a Bachelor of Education and a Master of Arts in Educational Management, with a specialization in Administration and Supervision. I am also a Licensed Professional Teacher (LPT).
I began my career as an Invoice Capture Auditor (2017–2019), where I developed expertise in invoice validation, compliance assurance, and cross-functional collaboration to resolve discrepancies and improve workflow efficiency.
I transitioned into Learning and Development as a Training Analyst (2019–2021), where I designed and delivered structured training programs focused on audit and invoice management processes. I created learning materials and initiatives that strengthened employee capability, performance, and compliance.
As a Senior Training Analyst (2021–2022), I led advanced training programs, mentored junior tea-----------mbers, and conducted training needs analysis to enhance learning strategies and operational outcomes.
From 2022 to 2025, I served as a Training Delivery Lead, managing end-to-end training execution, driving trainer performance, and facilitating scalable learning solutions. I supported onboarding efforts across multiple sites and worked closely with partner teams to ensure consistent training standards.
Currently, as a Process Optimization Consultant (2025–Present), I manage projects focused on streamlining processes, improving operational effectiveness, and delivering sustainable business improvements.
