• I am leading the design strategy and development of the design system of an electronic health management app.
• I am co-leading and contributing to streamline processes and manage multiple partner projects specifically for a telemedicine app in the Philippines.
• I lead multiple UX workshops, user research, and user testing initiatives to define objectives, plan, conduct testing, and analyze data to optimize user experiences.
• I work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to create a shared understanding of user pain points and UX-focused requirements and to define aligned desired business outcomes.
• I mentored UX design interns by guiding UX design processes and best practices, reviewing their work to provide constructive feedback, and helping them develop their skills through hands-on experience.
