I work as a Customer Service Associate, Technical Representative, Retentions Specialist and Marketing Specialist for almost 7 years. I have an experienced in doing phone support, chat/email and also admin task. Having these experiences throughout the years, I can say that i got everything I needed to get a job, It led me to a lot opportunities and took advantage as it could accord an expertise. Some of the exacting jobs that i had were doing admin task, checking that everything got -----------lling clients about their bad feedback to the agents and I find it inflexible however I have this strong courage to take the responsibility as I work on the same -----------at/Email support that requires deeper understanding as well, As you cant foretell their emotions but I still manage by providing positive outcome email. Being Retention Specialist would require a strong empathy just to make them feel that we are sorry as well. This is where i need to gain their trust and loyalty as it will make the company grow. I could use these abilities as an edge to make sure that i can do every task that is given. I will make sure that my presence would make a difference.
