I have worked as a customer service representative, technical support, sales rep, as a Team Leader and recently as an Operations Manager. I have been practicing and applying my leadership and people skills that i have acquired from my military training and from years of experience within the BPO industry. I have also developed my technical skills in using excel from simple formulas to complicated ones including macros in order to create spreadsheet templates and dashboards to help out our department. I have also learned attrition and staffing management, budgetting, project management and overall operations management from being an Operations Manager apprentice for the past year.
