I'm ----------- ----------- -----------, I worked for a few centers for more than three years and counting. I would like to explore more of this kind of business and its industry. Thus, I really want to work at home to manage my time and effort going to the office every day. This can also manage my expenses and budget, especially for food and fare as well. My first BPO experience was in the telecommunication industry. I've been with that company for one year and a half. I found out that working in a call center is not easy. There are a lot of prospects in life that I need to consider and follow. But I feel it is exciting and extraordinary. Sometimes it's exhausting, but if I see my pay every payday, it gives me extra energy to go to work every single day. I was promoted to Customer Care Representative II. I make sure that every task that was assigned by my boss to me is organized and finished on or before the deadline. Since I was promoted to CSR II, we have been doing sales as an additional task on top of our scope of ----------- was very fun in this kind of industry. I'm looking forward to working with any companies here either hourly or full-time job. I'm excellent at using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Presentation.
