My professional trajectory began in 2009 in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector as a Technical Support Specialist where I was cross-trained to handle billing, sales, and technical issues, a role I assumed at the age of 19. Progressing within the BPO realm, I eventually transitioned into a leadership role, guiding a team of my own. This tenure in the BPO domain was enriching, offering myriad opportunities for skill enhancement and personal growth. Despite the challenges, I thrived in the dynamic environment, continually striving for excellence and embracing healthy competition.
I recently graduated with a degree in Fashion Technology at the Philippine Women's College of Davao, supported by a scholarship program. This invaluable opportunity allowed me to pursue my passion for arts and fashion design without the financial constraints of tuition fees.
