SEO isn't about getting more traffic. It's about getting found by people who are actually looking to buy.
When an agency manages multiple SEO accounts, the problem usually isn't knowing what needs to be done.
It's getting everything done consistently, properly, and on time.
Audits need to be completed.
Pages need to be optimized.
Technical issues need to be fixed.
Content needs to be reviewed.
Local visibility needs attention.
Reports need to be prepared.
And when the team gets busy, someone has to either do the workโor spend time chasing someone else to do it.
That's where I come in.
The goal is simple:
Take SEO work off your team's plate without creating more work for your team.

Strong SEO isn't just about rankings.
A keyword can rank #1 and still be useless if the people searching for it aren't potential customers.
The better question is:
That's how I approach SEO.
My foundation started in SEO, working as an SEO VA supporting agency teams and gradually taking on more responsibility.
I've supported agencies working with international and local businesses across the US, Canada, and Australia.
Then I started learning sales.
That added another perspective to SEO:
People don't buy rankings. They buy solutions to problems.
So while SEO remains my core skill, I'm also studying digital marketing to understand the bigger pictureโhow SEO connects with content, lead generation, paid advertising, conversion, and sales.
Not because I want to become an expert at everything.
Because understanding how the pieces fit together helps me make better SEO decisions.

1. Start With the Customer, Not Just the Keyword
A keyword is only the surface.
Behind it is someone with a problem, question, or goal.
Someone searching "๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ฆ๐ณ๐จ๐ฆ๐ฏ๐ค๐บ ๐ฑ๐ญ๐ถ๐ฎ๐ฃ๐ฆ๐ณ ๐ฏ๐ฆ๐ข๐ณ ๐ฎ๐ฆ" probably doesn't want a 2,000-word article about plumbing.
They need a plumber.
That's why I look at the intent behind the searchโnot just the keyword itself.
The goal is to make sure the business is positioned to satisfy that search and give the customer a clear next step.
2. Build a Stronger Site, Not Just More Pages
Publishing more content doesn't automatically create authority.
The work needs to make sense as a whole:
What competitors are doing
What topics the business needs to cover
How pages connect
Where internal links belong
Whether content actually satisfies the search
What technical issues are limiting performance
I don't believe more content should be the goal just for the sake of publishing.
Better visibility is the goal.
3. Make Local Visibility Work Harder
For local businesses, being visible when someone searches for a service nearby can be one of the most valuable opportunities in SEO.
That's where local SEO, Google Maps visibility, keyword rankings, on-page optimization, and technical foundations come together.
But the objective isn't simply:
More impressions.
It's:
More visibility among people who actually need the service.
4. Strategy Only Matters When the Work Gets Done
A great SEO strategy sitting in a document doesn't help a client.
Research needs to become recommendations.
Recommendations need to become changes.
Changes need to be monitored.
And problems need to be flagged before they become bigger problems.
That's why I put a lot of value on reliable execution.
The strategy matters.
But so does actually getting the work done.
The less time your team spends chasing SEO deliverables, the more time they can spend on clients, strategy, and growing the agency.

Search is changing.
AI-generated answers are creating new ways for people to discover information, businesses, and services.
AEO and GEO are becoming part of that conversation.
I'm not going to claim years of experience as an AEO or GEO specialist when that's not the case.
Instead, I'm building on what I already know.
SEO is the foundation. AI search is the next layer I'm learning.
I'm studying how AI search works, how search behavior is changing, and how established SEO principles can adapt to these new search experiences.
The goal isn't to slap an "AI expert" label on my profile.
It's to understand where search is going and make sure the SEO work I deliver doesn't stay stuck in the way search used to work.

You don't need another person who creates more things for your team to manage.
You need someone who can take work off your plate.
I can support the execution behind the scenesโaudits, on-page optimization, technical SEO, local SEO, content reviews, reporting, and the day-to-day work that keeps client accounts moving.
That means fewer SEO tasks sitting on the back burner.
Fewer deliverables to chase.
And more time for your senior team to focus on clients, strategy, and growth.
The goal isn't to be another freelancer who completes a checklist.
It's to become the SEO resource your team can trust with more responsibility over time.

If your agency has SEO work piling up, send it my way.
If you're a local service business looking to become more visible to the right customers, I'm happy to take a look at that too.
