As TOM Manager:
• Manage the TOM Team which is responsible for:
- generating outright sales from General customers
and from the company’s online assets.
- implementing TOM campaigns to achieve
company’s sales and marketing objectives.
• Manage the company’s online assets being a subset of
TOM with an integrated plan behind them.
• Directly account manage a number of General
customers in the role of Internal Account Manager.
• Develop TOM campaigns consistent with Business
Plan and monthly programs and obtain approvals.
• Execute TOM campaigns, perform monitoring and
provide feedback.
• Lead the transformation of TOM into an important
sales channel.
• Develop a strategic and integrated plan for the
company’s website and social media accounts.
• Acquire and leverage on new knowledge and skills on
online and social media marketing.
• Implement regular updates to and enhancements of
the company’s website.
• Act as an active member of the company’s Marketing
Team.
As a Member of Sales & Account Management:
• Generate profitable sales of biomedical equipment
and related consumables to assigned General
customers.
• Develop customer intimacy by proactively looking
after customer needs.
• Prepare quotations, pre-sales documentations and
post-sale documentations.
• Conduct sales presentations and product
demonstrations.
• Collect payments for delivered products.
• Coordinate installation, commissioning and aftersales service requirements.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and milestones.
• Provide customer feedback about the company’s
product and services.
