When every tool works but the business still feels manual, the missing piece is usually the workflow.
I help founders and remote teams connect the process, people, and tools so business operations move reliably from input to action to follow-up. The core of that work is moving data between tools: I connect APIs and custom MCP servers so the CRM, spreadsheets, inboxes, calendars, and dashboards share information instead of living in silos.
That can mean fixing a broken handoff, connecting several systems, building a workflow automation, or developing a custom application, website, or dashboard that supports the operation.
I am a good fit when:

I map the current workflow, identify gaps and failure points, connect the right tools, test normal and edge cases, and write SOPs and documentation for ownership, handoffs, and exceptions. I also communicate through clear written updates and raise blockers early, so remote work does not disappear into a black box.
I use Claude Code, Claude Cowork, and ChatGPT for business operations automation and for building and improving custom applications, websites, and dashboards. I run my own AI agent system (Hermes), which I use daily to operate workflows, connect tools, and keep evidence of what worked.
My proof comes from real operations: cafe finance and reporting workflows built from sales, inventory, costing, and staff data; a private Hermes knowledge and agent system; custom dashboards and websites; and lead follow-up and scheduling operations for a photography business.
