Driven by my passion for excellence, I thrive on helping companies keep and grow their clientele by delighting them with my support. I spent 21 years in Technical Support working for Apple, UBER, Dell and Hostaway. I am currently leading a team of 11 people in APAC and EMEA providing the topnotch support and helping our clientele grow through marketing reviews and customer satisfaction scores. My passion for excellence extends to activities outside work and that is through farming. I advocate sustainable living through educating people on utilizing their spaces where they can grow their daily vegetable needs.
