*Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information and interacting with HR.
*Provides payroll information by answering queries.
*Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures, and reporting needed changes.
*Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
*Review daily transactions particularly on its validity and authenticity of documents.
*Prepare journal vouchers on non-cash and other transactions that needed to be recorded.
*Summarize records on a monthly basis and prepares post trial balance.
