I started in my present employment as a teacher and Guidance Advocate. I handled Values Education in Elementary and Junior High, and Personal Development in Senior High. Student wellness was also my major concern then.
I have handled projects and activities that were successful and have proven my dedication and responsibility. Fund raising projects were my forte.
I was the one who crafted the Employee's Manual of our institution and proposed improvements in the policies not only for employees but also for students and other stakeholders. Human resources particularly recruitment and employee relations were also enhanced under my leadership. We have a very small employee turnover rate ever since I handled HR.
I have opened doors for our school, and introduced our programs to a wide range of individuals through Marketing strategies that were good enough to make people trust us and later on improve our enrollment.
Since the pandemic hit, it has also been my task to answer queries in our official Facebook page.
I wouldn't have received Employee of the Year and Perfect Attendance Awards if not for my extra mile at work. I exert 100% whenever I am given a task. I can work with no supervision and I set my own timetable that is way more advanced than what my employers expect fro-----------. For many years, my superiors entrust me with all facets of stakeholder relations and rely on my proposals and suggestions in a lot of matters.
