I am May, a digital marketer, VA, content manager, writer and editor looking for opportunities in the fields of e-commerce and digital marketing. I have acquired over 15 years of digital marketing experience after completing a Bachelor of Journalism degree from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
I've worked both as an office-based employee and as a remote worker. I started online freelancing in 2010 as a content writer, way before the WFH lifestyle became a trend.
While I spent many years doing SEO content writing and copywriting, I also acquired a strong background in copy editing, virtual assistance, and recruitment and training of content writers.
Some of my previous remote jobs include being a marketing VA for SEO and digital marketing agencies and as a content manager for Amazon affiliate marketing websites.
I also worked as an Amazon VA, copywriter & editor for a few e-commerce sellers/agencies, as well as a content marketer at an Australian-based IT consulting and digital marketing company (my last team-based role).
I have worked with startup founders and small business owners for more than a decade, but I'm also open to working with agencies and larger companies. My niches include SEO, content marketing, copywriting, and social media marketing.
