I’m a versatile Virtual Assistant with a background in Customer Service, Real Estate, and Turo hosting.
I spent over 5 years in Customer Service, where I developed strong communication, problem solving, and customer handling skills.
In 2022, I started working with a Real Estate client as an Appointment Setter handling SMS and calls. I eventually moved into Lead Management and CRM Management and became my client’s right hand in the business. I handled lead prospecting, CRM management, property research, comps, ARV, and offer analysis for different types of properties and strategies.
I also have experience as a Turo Host VA, handling guest communication and day to day tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
I’m comfortable working independently, learning new systems, and taking ownership of my work. I’m not someone who needs to be micromanaged. Give me the goal, and I’ll figure out how to get it done.
