I’m an experienced insurance specialist in Commercial Lines, handling Auto, General Liability, BOP, Commercial Property, Inland Marine, and Workers’ Compensation. I support clients by managing policy updates, renewals, cancellations, and carrier communications.

I assist sales with applications and policy binding, ensure documents are issued, and handle audits and compliance checks. I also generate certificates, coordinate with carriers, manage the general inbox, and use Winbroker CRM to route and resolve customer requests efficiently.

Currently working in jewellery insurance, handling general inbox management, inbound and outbound calls to ensure customer satisfaction, and various administrative tasks.
