Currently a Production Supervisor in a Food Manufacturing here in the Phillippines I'm responsible for managing production operations, ensuring high-quality output, maintaining food safety standards, supervising staff, and troubleshooting issues. As a Supervisor I'm also responsible in keeping the production line running smoothly and efficiently while meeting both safety and business objectives, plan and organize production workflows to meet demand while optimizing resources. I'm also responsible of creating a shift production schedule to sure adequate staffing levels at all times.
