I have worked in the call center industry for 10 years. The first 3 years were spent being a Customer Service Associate. The next 7 years were spent being a Quality Analyst. With these experiences, I have been exposed to so much of data entry since we deal with information and we need to put it in a system. As a Quality Analyst, I have been verifying and correcting information and making sure that all are accurate and complete. Thus it will be easy for me to perform this task.
