I am a fast learner and can navigate the software easily. I am very quick to respond with the customer queries and to multitask. Customer service has always been my career path since college. Giving the service that they deserve is my top priority. I consider myself as tech savvy since I have experience being a concierge agent and call center agent under telco account.
