- Certificate in Quantity and Material Estimates by Planswift
- Knowledgeable in architectural planning, drafting, estimates, project site supervision and documentation
- Familiarity with preparation and submission of Method Statement (MS), Inspection/Test plans (ITP) and Request for Inspection (RFI) for all Architectural works
- Well-versed in Auto CAD, Photoshop CS3, and Microsoft Office Applications
- Fast learner, flexible and works with minimal supervision
- Very good written and oral communication skills
- Hardworking, trustworthy and can handle multiple tasks at the same time
- Adaptable to any kind of work
