I have been working in the Call Center Industry (Supervisory Position 4 yrs.) for more than 8 years. I then worked as a Shift Supervisor for an Online Betting Company for 6 years. Then, I went back to the call center industry and applied for a supervisory role for a health service account near my home. When I was offered a work at home job during the pandemic, I decided to work at home up to this point.
I do game testing during my spare time and play new and beta games online and offline during my sparetime. I provide insights and improvements for QOL in-game and submit reports to game developers for bugs and game glitches.
