I have been in the virtual working industry for about 3 years now, I started off as a menu extraction agent at Invisible Technologies Incorporated in 2021 and got promoted to a quality assurance agent after a few months of hard work. I worked as a data extractor for food delivery apps like Grabhub and then performed quality control on the product Price listed on their website. After that, I worked as a general virtual assistant for Michael Todd Brown Marketing where I do a variety of things like inventory tracking, Data management, Onboarding of managers/agents, updating weekly sales via ERP and CRM tools like SalesHub/WEiS, responding text messages and emails, tracking orders, Graphic designing (banners, ID badges), creating and sending payrolls.
