I handle the operational work behind Shopee and Lazada stores, from order queues and product listings to inventory checks, customer claims, promotions, and sales reporting. At Puregold, I monitored about 30,967 orders each month across 3,000+ SKUs while maintaining a 4.9/5 shop rating and zero fulfillment SLA breaches. I also operated E-Pet’s Online Shop across Shopee and Lazada, where the first seven months of 2023 produced ₱2.49M in combined GMV. My reporting work uses Google Sheets and Pivot Tables, while my support background includes Freshdesk, ServiceNow, and SAP.
