Master Data Management - Supervisor
- Perform monthly catch-up with tea-----------mbers (coaching, performance review). Actively seek feedback from tea-----------mbers to identify their needs and concerns
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, including managers, and other relevant parties. Provide regular updates on project progress, concerns, and ensure transparency.
- Ensure sufficient allocation of time, equipment and resources to meet target SLA.
Master Data Management - Associate
-Maintain master data in freight forwarding applications with defined data standards and agreed timelines
-Constantly check for the reliability of the data sources and the data quality·Participate, investigate and identify the attributes that are needed to support the business and set the characteristics of the data element
Ensure data collected are in line with business requirements and do not create conflicts, adhere to security
Initiate innovation, encourage automation in data quality management and improvement·Review & cleanse master data
Pricing Analyst
-Responsible for processing all assigned Bids, and subsequently the creation and maintenance of assigned Service Contracts and amendments.
-Liaise with worldwide Trade Pricing teams ensuring comprehension of commercial intent of complex Service Contracts
-Monitor and respond to all incoming communications from worldwide Trades/Markets, RMS Documentation, Customer Service and Bill of Lading audit teams.
-Assist Team Leader in monitoring team’s queue.
-Perform administrative tasks as instructed by Team Leader or Supervisor.
-Escalate difficult issues to Team Leader (as defined in SOPs).
-Make recommendations and suggestions on how to improve processes and
procedures.
-Provide back-up support within the team.
-Constantly review standard working procedures with team leader. Familiarize
and ensure the
new SOPs are understood and being followed.
-Ensure that all members of the team during his/her shift follows company rules and regulations.
