I am a great problem solver and a multi-tasker.
Office-based, I have been a Customer Service Representative for more than three (3) years wherein I handled both phone, chat and email support. I was duly promoted to Team Lead two (2) years after proving my worth. I also am a good trainer as I handle and train new agents plus I had great listening skills as I also do QA (quality assessment/assurance) for my team.
Home-based, I have worked as a Customer Service Representative for three (3) months and has been promoted as a Quality Assurance Specialist but was later on trained on Portal and Fraud Checks Team in preparation to handling the company's Social Media Team. That being said, I have been a Social Media Supervisor since January 2013 to present. Like my office-based job, I also conduct training and coaching sessions with both my new and tenured agents.
