I am a FREELANCE ARCHITECT based in the Philippines providing Design and Build services with eleven years and counting more experience as a registered and licensed architect. I render professional services to satisfy every client’s needs and requirements, particularly in the field of architecture and engineering industry to provide and deliver quality services and solutions for every project demand calls for.
As a freelancer architect, I can produce complete building graphical plans from ‘scratch’ to conceptualization into finalization and delivery of the plans. I am working independently but with on-call specialized allied services or Consultants (such as civil/structural, master plumber/sanitary, electrical, and mechanical engineers to help me out with the deliverables.
I also accept commission/part-time work conditions such as: a)2d/3d drafting; b) 3d-modelling; c) 3d-image rendering/s; d)3d-walkthrough/video rendering/s; and e) building estimates.
