I have been in the Business Process Outsourcing industry since 2011. I have joined Sutherland Global Services, Stellar Philippines and Quantrics and have acquired the skills especially in resolving different types of issues and meeting the clients' needs. I also know how to work with Wordpress and MS Office.
I also had the opportunity to work as an English tutor for 18 months working with Chinese Students. With this experience, I have improved my communication skills both written and oral. I can work independently and can finish tasks in a timely manner.
