healthcare professionals across multiple facilities and clients.
Communicates with new hires, rehires, and extension travelers via phone to guide them
through the onboarding process, including a clear explanation of client or facility
requirements and compliance deadlines.
Provides administrative support within healthcare settings, including scheduling and
coordinating necessary health screenings and immunizations such as drug tests,
vaccines/titers, and occupational health services based on candidate location.
Managing competency exam assignments and client-mandated documentation through the
DocuSign platform.
Manages fingerprinting appointments and oversees background check processes,
including county records, alias verification, and other required sanction searches in line
with client and facility standards. Facilitates background adjudication approvals when
needed.
Performs detailed verification of provider licenses, education, training, and work history.
Maintains accurate and secure records of licensing and credentialing documentation in
both electronic and physical formats.
Ensures all credentialing and onboarding documentation is accurately entered and
maintained in ATS and VMS platforms, adhering to The Joint Commission (TJC/JCAHO)
standards and internal policies.
Monitors expiring credentials and initiates renewals proactively to avoid service
interruptions.
Provides regular updates to clients on compliance status and onboarding progress,
ensuring all requirements are completed on schedule.
Submits clearance requests promptly once all requirements are met, confirming the
traveler’s readiness to begin their assignment.
