Disputes & Claims — Airbnb dispute resolution, guest damage and reimbursement claims through the Airbnb Resolution Center and AirCover, and professional review responses to protect ratings and maintain Superhost standards. Familiar with OTA policies across Airbnb and Vrbo (cancellations, refunds, guest/host protections).

Marketing & Web — Instagram and Facebook posting, Google Business Profile management, and WordPress blog and content updates.

Design — property signage, business cards, and marketing graphics in Canva.

Growth & Admin — property lead sourcing and general property management admin.
