and virtual assistance, including more than 6 years supporting U.S. healthcare accounts and 4
years in short-term rental property management.
In my healthcare support experience, I handled inbound inquiries from providers regarding
eligibility, benefits, claims, and policy coverage, ensuring accurate and timely resolution. I also
served as a Subject Matter Expert, where I supported and mentored new hires and team
members, helping them manage complex cases and follow proper procedures.
In addition, I have hands-on experience as a Virtual Assistant in property management,
supporting the operations of 100+ short-term rental properties. My responsibilities included
coordinating with maintenance and housekeeping teams, managing turnovers, and ensuring
properties were consistently guest-ready.
Throughout my career, I have developed strong skills in communication, organization,
multitasking, and problem-solving. I am highly experienced with tools such as Google
Workspace, Microsoft Office, Asana, Notion, and property management platforms including
Airbnb, Guesty, Hospitable, and Hostaway.
